He possesses extensive litigation experience both in State and Federal trial courts, and has represented clients through multiple arbitration proceedings. His practice is primarily concentrated in the areas of construction defect litigation, employment discrimination, deceptive trade practices, automobile and trucking accidents, contractual disputes, and premises liability litigation. He also has an extensive background in the representation of clients in OSHA contested case hearings.
Rodney has been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 1993. He is also licensed to practice in the State of Oklahoma, and the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western United States Districts of Texas, along with the Western District of Oklahoma.
Rodney is a member of the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. He has served as the Past President of the Ronald McDonald House of Temple, Texas; a past board member of King’s Daughters Hospital; Past Area Chairman for the AGC of Texas, Waco Division; and as a Past member of the AGC of Texas Committees on Legislative Drafting and Review and its Leadership Committee. In 2016, Rodney was recognized by D Magazine for Best Lawyers in Dallas, Construction Litigation.
