Derek A. Feibel was born and raised in Plano, Texas, just outside of Dallas. In 2005, he graduated from the University of Texas at Austin where he majored in Communications and received a Bachelor's of Journalism. Derek graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2011 where he was recognized for his success on the school's National Arbitration Team, winning two championships. Derek continues to consult with the team and provide knowledge and insight to its current members. Derek joined The Silvera Firm in August 2011 upon graduating, where he first worked after finishing his initial year of law school. Derek is interested in broadening his knowledge on Workers' Compensation, Non-subscriber law, automobile accidents, premises liability, and personal injury claims. Derek is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and is licensed to practice before all Texas state courts as well as the Northern Federal District Court of Texas.
