John J. Rastoka grew up in Orange County, California. In 2017, he graduated magna Cum Laude from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York with a dual major in History and English. John graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2020 and received his Juris Doctorate and certificate from the Strauss Institute of Dispute Resolution. At Pepperdine John was a member of the mock trial team and was awarded the excellence in trial advocacy award and was inducted into the National Order of the Barristers.
During law school John completed several internships and gained legal experience as a member of the Department of Homeland Security Office of Chief Counsel, the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, and as a clerk for the Honorable Judge Daniel S. Murphy in Los Angeles County Superior Court. As a student, he also completed a semester living and working full-time in Washington, D.C. at a lobbying firm which represented Fortune 500 corporations. John joined The Silvera Firm in May 2021 where he practices civil litigation. He currently resides in Little Elm, Texas.
John is a member of the Texas Bar Association and American Bar Association and is licensed to practice in all State courts of Texas.
