Biography: Attorney Robert TurnerRobert C. Turner was born in Dallas, Texas in 1967. In 1989, he received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree, magna cum laude, from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. Robert was a member of Phi Alpha Kappa and Alpha Chi while at Stephen F. Austin. In 1994, Robert received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Tulsa College of law in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Robert was a recipient of the highest honor bestowed upon a graduate by the University of Tulsa College of law, Order of the Curule Chair. Robert also received American Jurisprudence awards in both Property and Contracts. He was active in both the Student Bar Association and Phi Delta Phi. Robert was also a Notes and Comments Editor for The University of Tulsa Law Journal. Robert joined The Silvera Firm in December of 2002 and became a Shareholder October of 2011.

Robert is a member of the Texas Bar Association, Texas Association of Defense Counsel, and the Defense Research Institute. He is certified in the Department of Labor OSHA 10 hour course in Construction and has completed the Work Zone Safety for Utilities course through Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service.  Robert is licensed to practice before all Texas state courts, as well as the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Federal District Courts of Texas.
